Clean, kind staff, good local restaurants around and plenty of parking (we didnt have a car tho)

So glad we found this hotel...our flight was cancelled so we had to spend an extra night in Olbia, we booked this hotel hoping for the best and it did exceed our expectations. Very friendly and professional staff, including the receptionists, the roof bar and breakfast room teams. Room on the 5th floor was perfect, clean and new, comfortable bed, great view on the harbour. Great breakfast, good quality and great alternative to buffet-style breakfast which we find messy and wasteful. Cannot comment on the position of the hotel- it was a short ride from/to the airport so worked well for us.

Breakfast : everything cooked fresh and good choice. bar on top floor with good views and excellent food for evening meal in restaurant. Swam in pool on lower level. A decent length and good sun loungers. Very quiet room.

Overall, great hotel, spacious room, complimentary water, very friendly and helpful staff, loved the breakfast, great cafe's and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Bus stop right outside the hotel to get into the centre, beach, airport. Hotel serves delicious snacks with drinks. Supermarket next door is very handy.

I was extremely impressed with this hotel – it exceeded all of my expectations. The service was top-notch, and the staff, both at the reception and in the bar and breakfast area, were incredibly friendly. The premises were of exceptional quality, and I must mention the pillows and bedding – they were outstanding. The breakfast was delicious and diverse, with a special mention for the Dammann tea selection, which speaks volumes about the level of quality. Additionally, the balcony offered a nice view. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The property is very clean and in a convenient part of olbia. The breakfast was lovely, and the staff all friendly. In particular 3 women on reception were very patient and helpful in booking us reservations and taxi’s!

Great staff, answered our questions about public transportation to beaches, let us use the swimming pool, and shower even after check-out. The decoration of hotel is modern and new. All facilities are well-maintained. Beds are comfortable. The pastries for breakfast were extremely good. Close to supermarkets, went to the pizzaria close to hotel and it was also very good.
